Step 1: Open Foxit Reader, click the Home tab , select Image Annotation.
Step 2: Move the mouse to the position where you want to insert the image, drag and drop the left mouse button of the Add Image window that appears, click Browse.
Open window appears, select the image to be inserted, click Open to open the image.
Step 3: Click Advanced . to adjust the image position, the Image Placement window appears, you can adjust the border size, image position, and then click OK:
Step 4: Customize the opacity of the image in the Opacity , rotate the image in the Rotate . After customizing, click OK.
